Amazing staff service

great location but needs better cleaning

Mike, the Concierge, exceeded expectations. He provided excellent advice and helped us arrange various activities. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, which made our stay enjoyable. Moreover, there are several great eateries and a 7Eleven just around the corner, making it convenient for quick snacks.

Had an awesome group vacation! The location is great for checking out places like the China Culture Center and Goldenport Park Circuit. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The spacious rooms made it comfy for all of us. Definitely recommend it for a fun trip with pals!

Finding the hotel can be quite a hassle due to misleading map information, which led to unnecessary stress. The gym and pool were both closed, leaving you without expected amenities. The overall condition of the hotel feels quite dated with chipped furniture and cleanliness issues in the bathroom. A significant inconvenience was the ineffective air-conditioning in one of the allocated rooms, resulting in an uncomfortable stay until a room change was made.

The hotel had a great location and excellent breakfast options, including Indian cuisine. However, the room was on the older side and had a musty smell, with some issues like a non-functioning air conditioner. Overall, it was an acceptable stay with decent staff, even if it wasn't true luxury.

Just a solid selection for a temporary stay in Beijing with reasonable value. Breakfast in the Essence Restaurant had made-to-order omelets and plenty of fresh options. Make sure to have the hotel address in Mandarin for taxi rides.

Perfect spot for exploring Beijing!

Spent 2 nights here with my partner, and the location is just perfect! Wangfujing is right around the corner with lots of food options. Our room was all clean and cozy. The shower was super powerful. Just wish the air con worked better, it was a bit weak. Breakfast was okay too, nothing fancy.

During my stay, i loved how close the hotel was to beihai park and the palace museum, making daily strolls incredibly easy and enjoyable. the service was also top-notch, with friendly staff always eager to help.

The location is super convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The gym has decent equipment for a workout.

The heating system felt inadequate, making the room chilly!!! A more effective heating option would be appreciated!!! Also, the refrigerator didn’t get cold, so if you need refreshments, consider bringing your own!!!

My experience was quite frustrating from the start. The room was not cleaned properly, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. I also found that the hot water supply was limited to certain hours, which was highly inconvenient.
